Our Hotels:
Aethos currently operates six properties, opens up the seventh property Aethos Mallorca in summer 2025 and is growing fast in 2025/2026. The hotels in its portfolio currently includes Aethos Milan, Aethos Monterosa (located in the Italian Alps), Aethos Saragano (in Umbria), Aethos Sardinia, Aethos Corsica, and Aethos Ericeira (north of Lisbon). The portfolio consists of a mix of urban and leisure destinations, all aimed at providing an exceptional guest experience.
\n- Take strategic ownership of the performance of 6 existing hotels in Europe & the new opening in Mallorca
- Implement daily yield management strategies to drive hotel revenues and market share.
- Conduct statistical analysis to develop effective strategies and approaches.
- Monitor and optimize distribution channels to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to prepare accurate forecasts for each hotel.
- Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management & VP of Commercial to conceptualize yearly budgets.
- Assist in analyzing new markets and preparing room budgets for potential property acquisitions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or distribution.
- You are based in Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland or Italy
- Previous experience managing multiple properties is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of running promotions without compromising brand integrity.
- Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Highly committed and self-motivated.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge with others.
- Experience using Atomize, Ideas, and Mews is a plus.
- Proficient written and spoken English skills.
