About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and driven Director of Customer Success to lead and expand our customer success initiatives. This pivotal role is designed for a proven leader passionate about fostering customer relationships, driving renewals, and identifying revenue growth opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement playbooks for customer success, focusing on renewals, account plans, upsells, and expansions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization.
- Lead efforts to meet and exceed revenue expansion goals while reducing churn to target levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer success strategies with sales, product, and operations.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to challenges.
- Foster a culture of customer advocacy within the team and across the organization.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the software or SaaS space.
- Proven track record of creating and executing strategies for renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Passion for the industrial and manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Experience with CMMS, EAM, or ERP software for industrial organizations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
