· Customer/client service experience.

· Be comfortable handling interactions over the phone, live chats, and emails.
· Genuinely care about customer satisfaction and be a great communicator.
· Able to work with Microsoft 365 Office (Mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook).
IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
· Data Review/Data accuracy
· Zendesk
As a customer service representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. A normal day for an Aetrex Customer Service involves:
· 100 interactions between calls, emails, and chats.
· Convert incoming interactions into sales.
· Respond to customer requests, promptly and accurately (e-commerce (B2C), sales reps and B2B customers).
· Data entry, and data update.
· Check status of orders.
