Work Arrangement
On-Site at National Capital Region (NCR) with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.
Job Overview
The Intelligence Targeting Analysts shall provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT and or counter proliferation. Intelligence Targeting Analysts shall have in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.
Essential Functions
- Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving Intelligence collection support target development and production.
- Provides support to assist USSOCOM Staff in the conduct of targeting analysis and operations.
- Assist the USSOCOM Staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the longterm benefit to USSOCOM operations.
- Provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives.
- Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
- Demonstrated level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations)
- Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.
- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS- 15 level or higher.
- Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
- Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
- Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Education / Certifications
- High School Diploma required.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
- Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
- Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required.
