Work Arrangement
On-Site at Fort Liberty, NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.
Job Overview
OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
Essential Functions
- Work independently with no required oversite.
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
- Provide advice to the leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interests
- Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) demonstrated at both team and executive levels.
- Proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
- Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories.
- Strong background required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, Geospatial analysis, bulk data analysis, public records research and analysis, or investigative analysis.
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.
Education / Certifications
- High School Diploma Required.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the Intel Community.
- Minimum of one (1) year of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
