Job Overview
The Project Management Scheduling Specialist will assume a critical role in providing comprehensive scheduling efforts for the AEVEX Program Management Office. This position demands a seasoned professional with exceptional Microsoft Project expertise and a strong background in project management methodologies. The position functions as a Master Scheduler, contributing to strategic planning, project scheduling, risk management, and documentation preparation to ensure the successful execution of complex aerospace programs. This position will support Program Managers and their program / project teams across the AEVEX enterprise.

The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Essential Functions
- Provide Scheduling Support and Proposal Planning :
Support scheduling needs at various levels, including for active programs / projects, proposals, production, engineering, and Independent Research & Development (IR&D) efforts.
Collaborate with key program stakeholders to compile, coordinate, and maintain essential program / project details.
Review and analyze project schedule reporting, including subcontractor schedules, to
Assess the mechanical integrity of project schedule logic, links, and constraints using established methodologies.
Provide advisory assistance in reviewing and approving Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) information.
Apply risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning principles to proactively assess program cost, schedule, integration, and performance risks.
Assist in preparing and coordinating program briefings, execution reports, decision papers, and key program documentation.
Collaborate with teams to implement standardized scheduling management processes and participate in program reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project management and scheduling efforts.
