Aircraft Structures Maintenance Role:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Airframe Structures Technician II to carry out critical tasks related to aircraft structures and sheet metal assembly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and alteration tasks according to current technical specifications
- Layout, drill, form, and trim aircraft sheet metal components and assemblies
- Ensure accurate recording of work performed on the relevant maintenance log
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in aircraft structures
- A & P license or equivalent experience in military aircraft maintenance
- Possession of necessary tools: drill motor, 90 degrees drill motor, rivet gun and sets, dye grinders, cleco pliers, countersink cages, and standard hand tools
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft hardware, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to accurately identify, install, and remove common aircraft fasteners
- Basic understanding of print reading skills and layout techniques
- High level of integrity and work ethic
