Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Supervise and support the HR team in various functions including recruiting, performance management, and conflict management.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of HR programs including Ceridian and Paychex systems for human capital management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the HR department.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and provide guidance on performance management practices.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in human resources management.
- Familiarity with Ceridian and Paychex systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within an HR context is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
