Key Responsibilities:
P&L Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Profit and Loss statements to evaluate show performance and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial outcomes.

Performance Forecasting: Collaborate closely with the Live Events team to project and forecast show performance, ensuring financial expectations align with operational goals.

KPI Development & Communication: Design, track, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights that drive performance optimization and strategic decision-making.

Financial Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze financial data to uncover trends, variances, and key insights, transforming raw data into impactful business intelligence.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Accounting team to ensure the timely completion of period-end closing tasks.

Industry Benchmarking: Evaluate and compare KPIs against industry standards and touring companies to ensure performance remains competitive and aligned with market trends.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports summarizing key financial metrics, insights, and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.

Analytical Expertise: Ability to interpret complex data, identify emerging trends, and derive actionable insights that support business objectives.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Financial Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to tackle complex financial challenges and drive solutions.

Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work both in-office (Jacksonville, FL) and remotely, ensuring a balance between collaboration and autonomy.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Regular interaction with multiple teams across the organization, including accounting, operations, and management.

Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively contribute to team goals.
