Job Summary
Luxury fine art gallery, publisher and boutique jeweler seeking a motivated and dynamic Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales. As a Luxury Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about meeting targets, educating clients about fine art and fine jewelry while assisting them in building their collections.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and advise them on fine art and jewelry collections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize in house system to manage leads and generate new sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
- Assist with the delivery team for on-site art installations.
- Assist with gallery show preparations as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or similar environments, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
