As a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of ergonomic interactive technical furniture for various industries, our company serves Healthcare, Public Safety/Mission Control, Financial, Corporate, and Government sectors.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will manage an existing customer base through proactive and ongoing client contact while building relationships with new leads to generate sales opportunities. Your role will include telephone and email engagement as well as occasional travel to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively engage with existing customers to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
· Develop and manage new business leads and opportunities to grow the client base.
· Promote and sell ergonomic, technical, and general furniture solutions to various industries.
· Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
· Use CRM tools, such as Saleslogix, to manage accounts, track sales progress, and ensure data accuracy.
· Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
· Travel as needed to meet clients, build relationships, and close deals.
Requirements:
· Proven track record of phone-based B2B sales with a passion for selling.
· Experience in selling ergonomic, technical, and general furniture solutions.
· Ability to grow and manage major accounts effectively.
· Persuasive, personable, and professional demeanor.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Motivated to join a high-performing sales team that values success.
· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Saleslogix) is preferred.
· Willingness to travel as required.
