Job Description
Expanding medical equipment manufacturing company is seeking full-time assemblers who can work well independently, with a team and collaborate with people from other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble product by following technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Possess critical thinking ability, be detail-oriented and meticulous in the execution of their tasks.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test and inspect finished products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
· May perform other duties in other departments as assigned by management
Required Professional Skills:
- Good communication skills
· Must be able to adhere to company guidelines and quality standards
· Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate screwdriver, hammer, ratchet sets, and various other assembly tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and good eyesight to identify depth, dimension and color.
- Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in other departments, or as requested.
· Must be physically able to stand and bend for 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Positive Attitude and willingness to give 100%
- prior experience and technical education are not required, but preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
