Brief Description:
The ISR (Inside Sales Representative) is one of the most critical roles within AFC. The role demands a client-centric approach and is often the only face of AFC to the customer. This is also one of the most demanding roles as you are the voice of the customer within the AFC organization as well as the steward of the AFC business assuring profitability, sustainability, and growth. This role is designed to be flexible, easily adaptable, and highly responsive. The Customer experience is crucial to the success of the ISR and AFC. We must anticipate their expectations and respond to all requests no later than the next business day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Entry and follow through
- Manage open order flow – it is expected that all backorders are cleared within 1 week from the delivery date
- Expedite and facilitate special delivery requirements
- Contract review
- Provide samples and technical assistance
- Maintain customer contract database
- Manage quote process
- Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to customer or provide to outside sales for presentation to customer
- Maintain quote log
- Work with TSM to support and develop assigned customers by seeking new sales opportunities within the account
- Assist with preparation and presentation, as needed, of account SBR
- Responsible for overall account health – profitability, relationship, inventory commitments, etc..
Added Expectations:
- ISR's “own” their respective accounts and are expected to know the customers business, parts universe, program, aging, and quality requirements.

Target Salary is 55-65k base.
