Job Description:

This is an Order Filler position for a fastener distributor. The Order Filler reports to the onsite Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience:

• Prior experience on a forklift preferred

Key Requirements:

• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Adhere to ISO guidelines and procedures.
• Attention to detail when identifying product tag information.
• Need the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Need to accurately identify type of product.
• Need knowledge of use of scales for weight counting.
• Requires the ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, climb ladders or equipment.

Job Duties

• Locate and pull product for customer orders efficiently and accurately out of inventory.
• Visually inspect product to ensure product pulled is correct.
• Maintaining and updating electronic inventory system.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any shortages or mislabeled product in stock.
• Retag product when orders are broken down to the customer's quantities.
