Job description

AFC Industries is a leading distributor of industrial fasteners and assembly components. AFC Industries is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components to original equipment manufacturers, assembly plants and other users of these products.

• Route Delivery and Special Delivery
• Material scheduling at customer facilities
• RF Scanning at customer facility
• Convert scanned orders to sales orders
• Expedite and react to customer no stock and low stock situations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at customer facilities
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned delivery vehicles
• Communicate customer complaints or requests to customer service and the account manager.
• Must be able to lift 20-70lbs.
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience:

• Good Driving Record with Valid Driver's License and ability to Pass Physical Examination Requirements.
• Pre-employment drug screen required

Professional Skills:

• Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Previous route service experience is preferred.
