Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay, $124,800 - $249,600 annual approximation
- Monthly performance-driven bonuses that are transparent, and straightforward to meet

- 401k at 1 year, with a 3% fully vested employer contribution
- Paid Time Off, starts at 3 weeks and increases to 4 weeks with tenure

What You Need:
- Active License in Oregon and/or Washington
- Board Certified
- BLS Certified
- ACLS certification, preferred
- Willingness to obtain USCIS (Physician) and DOT certifications
- 4 years experience, preferred
