What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMRT or NCT /Medical Assistant position at AFC Urgent Care?
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to: digital on-site x-ray, rooming patients and taking patient history and vitals, assisting providers with on-site procedures, phlebotomy/specimen send-outs, injections, assisting with splinting/casting, EKG's, medication administration, drug and alcohol testing, performing rapid in house testing such as rapid strep, glucose, etc. We have a completely paperless documentation system. EMR experience is preferred.
Job Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have high energy as well as a high skill level. Must have at least 1 year of experience with clinical medical assisting skills. Current and active license in good standing required.
Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Occupational Health experience preferred. Urgent Care / fast track ER experience is a plus but not required.
Must have excellent people skills and great customer service.

Your work days are not consistent so must have full availability 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
Looking for x-ray techs with flexible hours and days to include: weekdays, weekends and holidays from 8:00am-8:00pm.'
