About the Role
We're seeking a Relationship Specialist who excels at building meaningful relationships with current and prospective customers. As part of our local team, you'll provide financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers and contribute to elevating customer relationships, attracting new business, and growing AFC revenue while balancing risk.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues
- Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts for product campaigns and cross-platform partnerships
- Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts
- Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities
- Frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
- A strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- High-level accountability towards local goals and business targets
