Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Associate who will be responsible for managing accounts, analyzing data, and building relationships with our customers. You will be part of a small, local team that provides financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities
- Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues
- Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
- Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
