We're Looking For:
A Relationship Specialist who shares our passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Thinking: Use analytical skills to assess business and risk situations, making informed decisions with minimal oversight.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop deep understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
- Business Growth: Grow the portfolio organically and collaborate on promotional efforts to new and existing accounts for product campaigns and cross-platform partnerships.
- Risk Management: Balance risk on customer accounts while managing existing accounts and driving new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of three to five years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for frequent travel within your market.
