Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of cutting-edge products for our renowned brands, including circle track, drag racing, and road racing applications.
- Take an active role in collaborating with our talented team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching and implementing new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Provide exceptional technical support to both customers and internal teams whenever needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in component and mechanical system design & development, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO) and showcase knowledge of CNC machining processes and material science (a plus).
- Excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a team environment where your contributions are valued and acknowledged.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
