AFFA medical center is inviting a psychotherapist to join our team . you are expected to provide counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and support to clients
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Help clients improve coping mechanisms and develop healthy relationships
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Licensure as a licensed mental health professional (LMHP) in the state of practice
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ethical and confidentiality standards
