Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is in-office only and does not required any outsides sales or cold-calling. We help potential clients that reach out to us.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- A background in retail sales can be beneficial for this role.
- Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
