What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maintenance and Quality Control Associate (Bilingual) position at Affiliated Building Maintenance?
We are expanding our team in the Denver Metro Area!
We are looking for a detail driven candidate that has general maintenance and quality control knowledge and is willing to learn and grow with our company.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and able to provide a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Must speak, read, and write in English and Spanish - Bilingual is a must!
Must be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have some maintenance knowledge
Must be available to work weekends for "On Call"
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Quality Control
- Inspect retail centers- provide reports with pictures
- Pick up litter/debris
- Clean trash bin lids
- Remove trash from dumpster enclosures
- Remove cobwebs & graffiti
- Drywall repair
- Window cleaning
- Replacement of light bulbs/ballasts
- Installation of ceiling tiles
- Painting/touch up
- Managing projects
- Providing proposals
- Minor plumbing - unclog toilets/snake flapper replacements
- General Labor Help
Qualified candidates must have the following.
- Driver's license and Clean Driving record
- Ability to pass a background/ drug test
- Presentable appearance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Email and general electronic knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a plus
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to handle weekend calls when needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
