Regional Marketing Coordinator
Position:
Established, very active Pharmaceutical Research company is currently accepting resumes for a Regional Marketing Coordinator position.
Details:
Full Time Office Position
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Central Las Vegas Location
Responsibilities include:
· Learning all current study inclusion/exclusion criteria
· creating, writing, and listing advertisements for regional campaigns
· fielding response calls from advertisements for regional campaigns
· maintaining an accurate database for region
· website updating/maintenance
· administrative duties as assigned
- answering multiple phone lines
- correspondences
- file maintenance
- supply and equipment ordering
- maintain professional and friendly rapport with clients, staff, associates, and vendors
Preferred Candidates:
- Office or Administrative Experience
- Familiar with Internet and Social Media Advertising
- Familiar with Direct Mail Advertising
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator
- Customer Service Experience
- Professional Appearance and Attitude
Affiliated Clinical Research is an established pharmaceutical research company with operations in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Albuquerque.
