Food Service Sales Consultant

We are looking for driven, charismatic, detail-oriented sales consultants to grow and expand our rapidly growing territories. Our ideal candidate should be customer service oriented with strong communication and follow-through skills with the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with the sales management team to achieve business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

On the job training with a base pay that will turn into a commission-based salary. Car allowance & fuel card are provided as travel is required in the West Texas & Eastern New Mexico areas along with sales meetings in Amarillo, TX. Various bonus opportunities occur year-round.

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered.
• Meet goals set by management.
• Collaborate with management to prepare common strategies.
• Monitor sales numbers and improve as necessary.
• Utilize tools provided to grow territory assigned.
• Monitor market trends and adjust accordingly.
• Monitor competition in your accounts and follow up on leads.
• Travel required, company car and fuel card provided.
• Find prospective customers and new target segments.

Skills

• Sales experience preferred; food sales beneficial.
• Bilingual mandatory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Communication and listening skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
