What You'll Do:
- Direct Care Impact: Spend time directly engaging with clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional care. You'll help make sure everything from meals to activities to their environment meets the highest standards.
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee the operations of a region, coaching and mentoring your team to create a supportive, high-functioning work environment.
- Staffing and Team Building: Keep your team strong and well-trained, guiding them to success and ensuring that all shifts are covered without overtime.
- Quality Care: Work closely with clients, families, and your team to monitor care plans, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($43,000 - $45,000 per year)
