Territory Sales Representative – Modular Construction
Vantem Global is leading the way in net-zero, energy-efficient modular homes. Our subsidiary, Affinity Modular, specializes in sustainable modular construction solutions.
We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to grow our network of builders, developers, and investors.
This position would receive a base salary plus 2% commission on sales. We would expect sales of $6 – $10 million in the territory we have available with an expected total compensation in the $160,000-$240,000 range depending on results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by identifying and connecting with builders, developers, and investors
- Manage leads & drive sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of modular home projects
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to quoting, production, and delivery
- Train & support builders, ensuring they succeed with Affinity Modular
- Host open houses & attend industry events to promote our modular solutions
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach efforts
- Use Microsoft Suite to track sales and manage projects
- Maintain an existing established customer base within the assigned territory
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (construction or modular home industry preferred)
- Self-driven & proactive in developing leads and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building & communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM software and quoting tools
