The ideal candidate will implement behavior plans, collect data, and offer feedback under the guidance of a BCBA. This role is perfect for those passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. *Responsibilities* - Develop and execute behavior plans for clients - Monitor and document client progress accurately - Provide positive reinforcement to clients - Collaborate with professionals to create effective treatment plans - Offer feedback to clients and families on progress - Maintain precise records of client development - Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families *Requirements* The successful candidate should possess: - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism - Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral therapy - Familiarity with special education practices - Ability to handle medical records and documentation efficiently - Understanding of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Strong patient care skills If you love working with children, have a heart for supporting families impacted by autism, and seek a fulfilling career making a difference in people's lives, we welcome you to apply.
