JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will help register field staff. Other duties as assigned: general office duties, maintaining files, data entry, answering telephone and others.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has great communication & customer service skills
- Is team-oriented and enjoys being part of a diverse office
No Healthcare Experience necessary; Willing to train the right candidate.
Bilingual is Mandatory (Spanish, English)
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- MS Office - Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Great organization/attention to detail, and have ability to multitask.
- Friendly and timely communication
- Quality customer service
- Eager to learn and take on new opportunities as they arise
EDUCATION
- College Education is Desirable but not required.
