Assessment Nurse

Affinity Home Care is a boutique concierge agency providing in-home care services throughout NYC and Long Island. We are urgently hiring Assessment Nurses (RNs) to conduct in-home assessments in [Manhattan/Queens/Suffolk/Nassau].

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Assessment Nurse (RN) conducts in-home assessments and develops care plans.
• The RN evaluates the effectiveness of care plans and adjusts as needed.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

• Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per assessment
• Expected Hours: Flexible, based on client needs
• Work Setting: On the road, visiting clients’ homes
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY (Required)
• Ability to travel to clients' homes in [Manhattan/Queens/Suffolk/Nassau]
