Location & Hours
Concerned Dental Care of Yonkers - 35 East Grassy Sprain Road, Suite 103, Yonkers, NY 10710
- Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 5PM
- Friday: 8AM - 3PM
Your Responsibilities as a Call Center Representative:
- Answer inbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and provide information about services
- Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial questions
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Work efficiently in a high-volume patient environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain electronic patient records using Denticon digital charting software
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental insurance and patient billing (preferred)
- Proficiency with digital scheduling software (Denticon experience a plus!)
- A positive, patient-first attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor
