About People’s Dental in Springfield, MA

Patients are greeted in our serene reception area, featuring ample reading material and entertainment options to make their visit pleasant. Our treatment rooms are equipped with advanced technology, including digital x-rays and intraoral cameras, ensuring efficient, precise diagnoses and treatments.

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

• Provide exceptional hygiene treatments, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride application
• Educate and motivate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, including capturing and interpreting digital x-rays
• Collaborate with our skilled dental team to deliver seamless and patient-centered care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant treatment environment

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Licenses: Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification
• Experience: 1 year preferred, but new graduates are warmly welcomed!
• Skills: Anesthesia certification is a plus but not required

• Part-Time Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
