SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in a wide range of marketing activities, including the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities and supporting the development of design projects. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of marketing assets such as web images, business cards, sales collateral and PowerPoints
- Execute on design related projects to comply with established brand guidelines and company standards.
- Assign tasks and projects to marketing team members on our Wrike system.
- Liaise between all departments and serve as "gatekeeper" to buffer the creative team from direct requests.
- Create, maintain and distribute daily / weekly status reporting documents, tracking all marketing projects currently in progress.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing systems including Brandfolder, GA, Hotjar, and more.
- Serve as Marketing's project manager for projects that go through the IT development process : entering user stories, tracking status and ensuring marketing deliverables are provided in a timely fashion.
- Support cross functional marketing projects
- Other duties as assigned
