- Oversee client intake team and enrollment process
- Hiring and professional development of all team members
- Ensure referral information and appropriate documentation is accurate and on time
- Oversee insurance verification and billing
- Coordinate with key departments to improve and optimize the intake process
- Ensure appropriate enrollment, retention and education of enrolled members
- Coordinate referrals out to appropriate agencies when appropriate
