Job description : REMOTE OFFICEPosition(s) are open across several prime locations, including Boston, East Brunswick, Hartford, Indianapolis, Miami, New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Stamford, Trenton, Washington, DC, and Wilmington.Key Responsibilities : Patent Preparation and Prosecution : Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications with meticulous attention to detail and strategic insight.Conduct patentability analyses and provide clear recommendations to clients.Client Engagement : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technologies, goals, and business strategies.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, enforceable patent claims.Portfolio Management and Strategy : Develop and implement intellectual property strategies tailored to each client's needs.Manage and oversee clients' patent portfolios to ensure robust protection of their innovations.Legal Support : Provide support for IP-related litigation, due diligence, freedom-to-operate analysis, and opinion work as needed.Qualifications : Experience : 25 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and / or software-related technologies.
