Job description : Job SummaryThis position provides oversight and direction for our short-term rehabilitation unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability. It runs like a med / surge unit with patient stays to 15 days. This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example.
