Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements to accurately reflect the financial position of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information for budgeting purposes.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks.
- Internal Controls:
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Management Accounting:
- Provide management with timely and relevant financial information for decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Audit Coordination:
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports accurately and on time.
- System Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting and financial systems.

- College: B.A., B.S. is a must, MBA is preferred.
- 3 years of experience related to finance or accounting.
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Impeccable mathematical skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving research skills.
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
- Hybrid remote/office position after training is complete
- Primarily office environment, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M.
