- Manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately
- Prepare or learn to cook food products and design menu combinations to support the sales process
- The typical work week: Monday through Friday
- During the food trade show season, the position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with the ability to safely lift case goods (up to 50 lbs.)
- Travel (Driving): Position requires daily motor vehicle travel to assigned locations. The candidate must possess an active Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Proven experience managing key accounts, market prospecting, and sales pipeline development
- 3-5 years of experience in food brokerage, foodservice operations management, or with a national food/beverage manufacturer
- Skilled in developing, executing, and maintaining effective sales plans
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire change
- Positive, proactive professional who excels at building meaningful connections
- Team-oriented collaborator with the adaptability to learn and grow alongside diverse groups
