The Affinity Deli Technician role will be responsible for supporting our retail accounts and growing the mutual sales and profits of manufacturer’s products through various support activities, primarily in a retail account environment.

The Affinity Deli Technician role will be responsible for supporting our retail accounts and growing the mutual sales and profits of manufacturer’s products through various support activities, primarily in a retail account environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Affinity Group ethically and professionally
- Train customer employees to ensure that their team is developed to handle the complexities of the Deli Dept.
- Train of new associates.
- Train experienced associates on new programs.
- Travel and visit retailers independently to ensure client/customer requirements are met.
- Assist with new store openings/remodels
- Assist and train store personnel with setting cases to plan-o-grams
- Focus on the sale and service of Manufacturer’s products.
- Build mutual sales and profits
- Conduct product checks at customer’s locations
- Conduct product surveys within the competitive market
- Identify and communicate any new items or programs within the market
- Support the development, implementation, training and execution of all products and programs to ensure success.
- Submit Weekly Activity Report to include all important sales and technical related activity
- Impeccable honesty, integrity, and reliability (time and attendance).
- Professionally presents themselves to customers.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and analyze information to quickly solve problems.
- Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility in the face of rapidly changing circumstances.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
- Available to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have knowledge of in-store Deli operations
- Ability to meet the physical nature required working within a retail store environment (i.e., listen, hear, talk, visual).
- Extended periods of standing, lifting 25 lbs., and completing repetitive hand, finger, and arm motions.
