What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Help Desk- (Part time) position at Affinity Health Center?
The Internal Help Desk Technician (Part-time 20 hours a week; Onsite and In-person) provides hardware and software support for in house users. The Internal Technician will organize and dispatch tickets to him/herself or other support teams as needed. The Internal Technician will work in conjunction with Managed Service Provider. Duties include troubleshooting and resolving application, desktop issues, and support for proprietary applications, mobile devices, and PCs in a Windows 10 environment. Most work will be done at the office through a provided computer, but some work must be performed at satellite locations located in York County. This position participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities of the organization and the Performance Management System.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Technical Help Desk environment, including:
- Phone, email, and/or chat-based support for end-users
- Experience working with Ticket Management software
- Experience managing IT assets through deployment, check-in/check-out, and workstation moves
- Experience
- Supporting applications
- Mitigating virus/adware/spyware risks
- Adding network printers
- Using LogMeIn, Remote Desktop, or similar remote support tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and common desktop software
- Valid Driver’s License required
Pay Range: $15.00 -$20.00 based on experience.
