We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Patient Access Specialist - Call Center to join our exceptional team. This role involves:
- Answering incoming calls in a shared call center environment
- Providing information about Affinity Health Center services
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Collecting and documenting patient information in the electronic health record
- Delivering excellent customer service

Hourly Wage: $16.00-$20.00
Full time- Hybrid Position (remote/in-person) Remote option once fully trained
Monday- Friday schedule (no holidays or weekends)
