What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Specialist Lead position at Affinity Health Center?
Under the supervision of the Patient Access Program Supervisor, the Lead Patient Access Specialist is responsible for providing oversight for quality, training, and flow management for the Patient Access Team. Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities of the organization and the Performance Management System.
Pay Range: $20 - $22
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of medical office experience preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred; reliable transportation required.
