OUR NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR, NHA POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic administrator prepared to face the challenges in post-acute care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing facility operations, be able to provide new solutions, and a willingness to provide leadership in all phases of fiscal and operational management. The successful candidate will work with a company that provides the necessary support services to succeed and places a strong emphasis on quality care and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage staff, providing leadership and supervision to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, focusing on long-term care and quality of life.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address residents' medical and emotional needs.
- Maintain budgetary oversight and financial management to ensure efficient resource allocation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field of study.
- Minimum of three to five years of work experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Demonstarted leadership in long term care.
- Key skills: Self-directed, motivated, critical thinker and goal-oriented.
