Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in need, including those with autism, elderly individuals, or patients requiring medical assistance. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, nursing, or social work and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Skills:

- Experience in childcare, nursing, or related field
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or other special needs
- Familiarity with working in nursing homes or home care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
