What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA/Caregiver position at Affinity Home Care Inc?
Shift is 10:00pm to 8:30am on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

Core requirements:
COVID Vaccinations are required for all PCAs in Massachusetts
1. Must have relevant experience for at least 3 years including total care
2. Must have own transportation and drivers license
3. Must have a passion to help those in need
4. Must be dependable and punctual as we have a zero tolerance policy for no call / no shows and consistent tardiness
5. Must be responsive to messages from staff and must be flexible to pick up hours on the fly
6. Must have reliable day care to minimize scheduling issues
