- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
- Help patients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certification as a CNA
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
