Title : Primary Care Physician
Location : Ohio Region - Openings in Canton, Akron, Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati, and Dayton.
Role : Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients at neighborhood primary care centers, focusing on quality over volume.
- Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Responsibilities : Assess patients, oversee primary care, prescribe treatments, maintain EMR, collaborate on health goals.
- Qualifications : M.D. or D.O. graduate, board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, active state and DEA licenses.
