Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Role : Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care over service volume.
- Responsibilities : Patient assessment, care administration, medication management, and collaboration with leadership.
- Qualifications : M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, active state and DEA licenses.
- Preferred : Geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatric populations, and value-based care.
