BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts assessments, develops behavior intervention plans, and oversees ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:

• Creating individualized behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
